Kalmar and BlueScope have initiated a partnership with a significant order.

Kalmar has secured a contract to provide BlueScope, an Australian steel producer, with 13 forklift trucks for its Western Port facility, under a fully maintained rental agreement. The order includes six light electric, two medium, and five heavy forklifts, all supported by an eight-year service agreement. Scheduled for delivery in Q3 2025, the equipment will enhance BlueScope's commitment to reducing emissions by 30% by 2030. The partnership aims to support BlueScope’s goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, showcasing a focus on eco-efficient solutions.
