Emirates SkyCargo enhances its road fleet by introducing Euro 6 trucks.

Emirates SkyCargo has enhanced its ground operations by introducing 40 Euro 6 trucks from MAN Trucks, becoming the first in the region to adopt this advanced technology. The new trucks comply with strict emissions standards, aiming for a 17% reduction in CO2 emissions annually. Badr Abbas, Senior VP, emphasized the commitment to sustainable operations and facilitating global trade. The vehicles feature driver-focused technologies for improved safety and security, including real-time monitoring systems. This investment will boost efficiency in transporting over 1,000 tonnes of cargo daily between Dubai’s airports.
