CEVA Logistics, a CMA CGM Group subsidiary, has successfully acquired Turkey's top logistics firm, Borusan Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji Şirketi, for $383 million. This acquisition, announced on April 26, 2025, enhances CEVA's presence in the Turkish 3PL market following regulatory approvals. Borusan Holding sold a 69.47% stake, with the remainder held by Borusan Yatırım. CEVA's CEO, Mathieu Friedberg, highlighted Turkey's strategic location and growth potential, positioning it as CEVA's third-largest market by revenue. The deal expands CEVA's warehouse space and logistics capabilities significantly.
