Lufthansa Cargo continues to experience growth in the third quarter of 2025.

Lufthansa Cargo has maintained strong operational and financial results in Q3 2025, achieving an adjusted EBIT of €184 million for the first nine months, a significant increase of €132 million from last year. In Q3 alone, adjusted EBIT reached €49 million, up by €11 million from the previous year. The airline expanded its freighter and belly capacity by 6%, leading to an 8% increase in sales and a 9% rise in traffic revenue. The integration of ITA Airways’ cargo routes continued, and Swiss WorldCargo joined the existing joint venture, enhancing cooperation. Lufthansa Cargo is also investing €76 million to modernize its facilities in Frankfurt while preparing for the peak season ahead.
