Effective January 1, 2026, Lufthansa Cargo's subsidiaries, CB Customs Broker and heyworld, will merge to create a unified company focused on cross-border logistics. This merger combines CB Customs Broker's EU customs expertise with heyworld's digital logistics solutions, offering customers enhanced service quality and efficiency for high-volume parcel shipments. The new entity aims to provide a comprehensive logistics solution with improved speed and transparency. Murat Odabas and Nikola Todic will jointly lead the company, committed to innovation and seamless service integration.
