Neste and United Airlines increase the use of sustainable aviation fuel at three major airports in the United States.

Neste and United Airlines have expanded their partnership to provide sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to three major U.S. airports, making United the first commercial airline to utilize SAF from George Bush Intercontinental, Newark Liberty, and Dulles International airports. The agreement involves blending Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel with conventional jet fuel, with deliveries starting in July 2025 for Houston and in September for Newark and Dulles. United's Chief Sustainability Officer emphasized the importance of SAF in their sustainability efforts, while Neste's VP highlighted the need for policy support to boost SAF production.
