In the third quarter of 2025, Singapore Changi Airport reported a 3.7% year-on-year increase in airfreight throughput, reaching 531,000 tonnes. Notably, imports surged by 10% compared to 2024, underscoring the airport's resilience amid global trade challenges. The top cargo markets included China, the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, and India. Changi bolstered its freighter connectivity with new services, enhancing options for shippers. With around 100 airlines and 7,000 weekly flights, Changi remains a vital hub for regional trade, driven by expanding networks and infrastructure.
