Nestlé announced plans to eliminate 16,000 jobs, about 6% of its global workforce, over the next two years to cut costs and enhance operational efficiency under new CEO Philipp Navratil. Navratil emphasized the need for a faster, more agile organization, prioritizing automation and performance-based assessments of employees.
