FedEx Freight names Marshall Witt as Chief Financial Officer in anticipation of its spin-off.

FedEx has appointed Marshall Witt as senior vice president and chief financial officer of FedEx Freight, effective October 15. Witt, previously CFO at TD SYNNEX, has a strong background in finance and corporate transitions, including overseeing significant growth and a spin-off at TD SYNNEX. He has also worked at FedEx for 15 years, most recently as SVP of finance at FedEx Freight. This appointment completes FedEx Freight’s leadership team, which includes CEO John Smith and other key executives, as they prepare for the company's separation into an independent entity. Witt is eager to contribute to FedEx Freight's growth and value for shareholders.
