Etihad Cargo has introduced SmartTrack, a pioneering service enabling real-time monitoring of shipments. This initiative is part of the company's digital transformation, enhancing transparency in air freight. SmartTrack utilizes cellular, GPS, and Wi-Fi technology to provide instant alerts on various cargo conditions. A 24/7 control center supports live tracking and quick responses. Customers can access a new dashboard to track shipments and receive updates. Developed with Tag-N-Trac, SmartTrack aims to enhance customer control and confidence, aligning with Etihad Cargo’s focus on innovation and operational excellence in logistics.
