DHL Express has launched a new $85.6 million international hub at Barcelona-El Prat Airport, capable of processing over 20,000 packages per hour, significantly enhancing its logistics capacity. The facility aims to support international transport, adapt to changing shipment flows, and align with DHL's sustainability goals, accommodating growth for the next 20 years. It includes advanced security systems, 22 loading positions, and plans for increased flight connectivity. The hub has also created qualified jobs and integrates eco-friendly features, reinforcing Spain's strategic role in global logistics.
