Cathay extends its congratulations on the Belt and Road Summit.

Cathay congratulated the Hong Kong government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council on the successful completion of the 10th Belt and Road Summit held in September 2025. The summit gathered global leaders to discuss business opportunities along the Belt and Road. CEO Ronald Lam participated in a panel, emphasizing the impact of emerging industries on economies in the region. He highlighted Cathay's commitment to enhancing connectivity with over 30 destinations in Belt and Road countries and announced the launch of daily flights to Riyadh, alongside expanded services to the ASEAN region and increased flights to Dallas-Fort Worth.
