Kalitta Air has received two 777-300ERSF freighters, converted by Israel Aerospace Industries, with the serial numbers MSN 32789 and MSN 32792, both previously operated by Emirates. The aircraft landed at Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport, Michigan, after flying from Tel Aviv with a stop in Detroit. Kalitta is the first airline to operate the 777-300ERSF and plans to add five more to its fleet. The conversion program, initiated in 2019 with AerCap, faced delays due to regulatory approvals but has since secured around 60 orders. Kalitta Air currently operates a diverse fleet for global cargo services.
