Seafrigo Australia Pty Ltd, operating as Mode Logistics, has inaugurated a new 10,000 square metre cold chain logistics facility at Melbourne Airport, significantly enhancing its capacity in food logistics and exports. This state-of-the-art warehouse includes multiple temperature-controlled zones to accommodate various perishable goods and allows for increased efficiency in processing preload units. CEO Jason Farrugia emphasized that this expansion positions the company ahead of competitors, enabling them to meet growing demand while complying with stringent biosecurity standards. The facility's strategic location also enhances connectivity for logistics across the region and internationally.
