The UK's Competition and Markets Authority has approved the merger of DHL eCommerce UK and Evri, creating a new entity called Evri Group, expected to be the largest parcel and mail delivery business in the UK. This merger will unite over 30,000 couriers and a fleet of 8,000 vehicles, delivering over 1 billion parcels and letters annually. DHL eCommerce UK will rebrand as Evri Premium in 2026, focusing on high-value deliveries, while Evri maintains its courier network for lower-value parcels. Both companies anticipate enhanced services and international capabilities through this merger.
