The rear section of the first A350 freighter has been unveiled in Hamburg.

The first fully equipped aft section of the Airbus A350 freighter has been completed and is set to be transported to Toulouse for final assembly. Desbordes Aurelia, Airbus's VP for A350 and A330 Equipping, announced that two A350 freighter units are under construction for flight testing in 2026 and 2027, with the first aircraft designated MSN 700. The initial test will focus on general performance, while the second will assess cargo capabilities. Airbus has received 65 orders for the A350F, which is expected to enter service in late 2027, with CMA CGM as the launch customer.
