Belimo Automation AG has partnered with Swiss WorldCargo and Lamprecht Transport to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in international air freight by utilizing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This initiative aims to mitigate approximately 650 tons of CO₂e emissions in its first year, with plans for increased SAF usage. The collaboration emphasizes the importance of shippers, freight forwarders, and airlines working together to decarbonize air logistics. Belimo's commitment to sustainability is reinforced through its investment in SAF, supporting broader industry goals for reduced aviation emissions.
