Scan Global has finalized its purchase of Blu Logistics Brasil.

Scan Global Logistics (SGL) has acquired Blu Logistics Brasil following approval from Brazilian competition authorities. Blu, established in 2013, has become a leading freight forwarder in Brazil, achieving significant growth rates and generating BRL 570 million ($103 million) in 2023. This acquisition enhances SGL's presence in Latin America, aligning with their strategy to expand operations in the region. Both companies emphasize a customer-centric approach, aiming to boost market position and trade lanes, particularly with Europe and North America.
