John Langley, the report reveals that 61% of shippers and 73% of 3PLs see supply chain change management as crucial due to evolving customer demands, economics, and technology. However, many lack a solid framework for managing these changes. The study also highlights a growing interest in AI for supply planning, with significant concerns about integration and skilled personnel shortages among 3PLs.
