Freightos has enhanced its board with two significant appointments: Udo Lange as Non-Executive Chairman and Rotem Hershko as Director, effective July 28, 2025. Lange, a logistics expert with over 30 years of experience, currently serves as CEO of Stolt-Nielsen and has held senior roles at FedEx. Hershko brings leadership experience from Amazon and Maersk, where he oversaw major digital transformations. These strategic additions aim to strengthen Freightos' position as a leader in global freight digitization and innovation following recent developments like the acquisition of Shipsta and the launch of Freightos Enterprise.
