DHL eCommerce has moved its distribution center from Raleigh to Concord, North Carolina, to boost capacity by 30% with a new 162,836 square-foot facility. This location is strategically situated 30 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and will support the upcoming holiday shipping season. The center features a single-level loop sorter capable of processing 24,000 packages per hour, improving efficiency and accuracy. The relocation aligns with DHL Group's strategy for sustainable growth, aiming for 50% revenue growth by 2030, focusing on e-commerce and digitalization.
