Air Canada and Air Canada Cargo have launched a redesigned eBooking platform to enhance the booking experience for customers and provide self-management tools for shipments. The new user-friendly interface includes features like real-time feedback, batch booking capabilities, auto-confirmation for smaller shipments, and a re-imagined account dashboard for easy tracking. Users can also create e-AWBs, edit bookings, and directly submit feedback, making the booking process more efficient and streamlined as part of Air Canada Cargo's digitalization efforts.
