Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is adjusting its freight pricing strategy to encourage more frequent orders from franchisees and improve inventory freshness. Interim CEO Jeffrey Geygan highlighted that the company waived all freight charges for orders until June 1, after which a flat monthly fee was introduced.
