The initial delivery has reached GSK's vaccine distribution center in Abu Dhabi.

The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) has officially launched a vaccine distribution hub in KEZAD, operated by Rafed, a PureHealth subsidiary. This facility, GSK's first in the Middle East, will manage over 20 vaccines and utilize advanced cold-chain technologies to ensure safe distribution. It aims to enhance healthcare logistics and improve vaccination access across the region. The launch aligns with Abu Dhabi's vision to be a leader in life sciences and follows a partnership agreement with GSK. The hub is expected to significantly shorten vaccine delivery timelines and support public health initiatives.
