Canada Post employees, represented by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), will vote from July 21 to August 1 on multi-year contract offers that include a 13.59% wage increase over four years and changes to delivery operations. Over 53,000 employees can vote, with the union pushing back against the proposals, citing they do not meet their demands for a 19% pay hike. If accepted, the offers will resolve lengthy negotiations, but the union has urged members to reject them, highlighting continued issues like pay and working conditions.
