FedEx has launched a new 38,000-square-foot air cargo facility in Manchester to enhance its operational capacity and efficiency in the UK. Located near Manchester Airport, this facility is designed to improve parcel and freight services for both domestic and international markets, utilizing automated sorting systems to meet the growing demand in e-commerce and regional cargo volumes. FedEx aims to leverage this investment to benefit businesses in the Northwest, while continuing to expand its network with additional hubs planned by 2029.
