La-Z-Boy has initiated a redesign of its distribution network and home delivery program as part of its multi-year growth strategy, aiming for long-term double-digit operating margins. CEO Melinda Whittington emphasized that the company is streamlining its supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce distribution facilities, and improve customer experience. This overhaul aligns with La-Z-Boy's Century Vision plan, targeting completion by 2027.
