EFW has received approval from the CAAC for A320/A321P2F conversions and is expanding its operations in China.

Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW), a collaboration between ST Engineering and Airbus, has received validation from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for its Supplemental Type Certification (STC) for Airbus A320 and A321 Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) conversions. This approval facilitates access to EFW’s conversion programs for operators with China-registered aircraft, enhancing EFW's presence in the Chinese market. The A320P2F and A321P2F models are designed for high fuel efficiency and operational flexibility, addressing the growing demand for freighter solutions in China and Southeast Asia.
