ASL Airlines Australia is expanding its fleet with the lease of a second Boeing 737-800BCF, enhancing its capacity and commitment to sustainability in air cargo. This aircraft, set to join the fleet in July 2025, follows the delivery of the first 737-800BCF in May 2024. The new freighter can carry up to 23 tonnes and offers improved fuel efficiency and reduced carbon emissions, aligning with ASL's goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. The expansion aims to address the logistical challenges in Australia and the surrounding regions, driven by rising e-commerce demands.
