Air cargo volumes in the Middle East and South Asia have made a partial recovery.

Air cargo tonnages from the Middle East and South Asia saw a partial rebound in the third week of June, rising by 10% week-on-week after a significant decline due to Eid Al-Adha and regional conflicts. Notable recoveries included a 32% increase from Pakistan and 18% from Bangladesh. Overall, MESA traffic to Europe grew by 17%, and global tonnages increased by 2% week-on-week, with average rates slightly up. Flight operations in the Middle East are gradually resuming following a ceasefire, although many carriers still operate at reduced capacity.
