Since 2015, DHL Group has integrated over 30,000 refugees into the labor market through employment and training programs, mainly in the mail and parcel delivery sector, in collaboration with the UN and national agencies. Most refugees come from Syria, Afghanistan, and Ukraine, with around 350 completing apprenticeships. DHL provides support such as language courses and mentoring, and was ranked second in refugee integration among global companies. With around 600,000 employees, 18,000 have volunteered in these efforts, showcasing the company's commitment to social responsibility and economic benefits.
