WestJet has expanded its Trans-Pacific cargo capacity by launching daily year-round service between Calgary and Tokyo Narita International Airport, utilizing Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft that can carry 22 tonnes of cargo. This initiative enhances cargo service for Canadian exporters and global shippers, improving the transport of high-value goods. Bookings are available through digital partners like CargoAi and WebCargo, ensuring efficient access for logistics providers. This expansion also complements WestJet's existing passenger flights to Tokyo and its partnership with Japan Airlines for further connectivity.
