Lufthansa Cargo has unveiled four new features to enhance its temperature-sensitive logistics services, focusing on quality, speed, and control. Introduced in May 2025, these improvements cater to the increasing need for transporting temperature-sensitive items like vaccines and microchips. Key features include a 24/7 Pharma Control Tower for monitoring shipments, Thermo Covers for temperature protection, smartULD for real-time tracking, and faster booking through td.Zoom. Additional enhancements are planned to further improve transport quality and process stability for sensitive freight.
