TIACA is pleased to announce Roos Bakker as the Chair for the period of 2026–2027.

The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has appointed Roos Bakker, previously Vice Chair and currently Manager of Business Development at CTSN, as the new Chair for the 2026–2027 term, succeeding Steven Polmans. Under Polmans' six-year leadership, TIACA underwent significant transformation to better align with the air cargo industry's needs, implementing key initiatives like Sustainability Insights and the BlueSky program. Bakker acknowledges the challenges ahead and emphasizes the need for TIACA to adapt and provide greater value in a rapidly changing environment. The election for new Vice Chairs is ongoing, with results expected after the TIACA Air Cargo Forum in Abu Dhabi in November 2025.
