Lineage Logistics is acquiring four cold-storage facilities from Tyson Foods for $247 million, with plans to build two additional warehouses, totaling nearly $1 billion in investment. The existing facilities, located in Kansas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Arizona, will support over 1,000 Tyson employees and transition to multi-client operations by late 2027 or 2028. The new warehouses, costing over $740 million, aim to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce Tyson's carbon footprint, ultimately saving around $200 million annually by 2030.
