DB Schenker is no longer in existence, as DSV has finalized a €14.3 billion acquisition.

DSV has successfully finalized its acquisition of DB Schenker, a global freight forwarding and logistics business, in an all-cash deal valued at approximately DKK 106.7 billion (around €14.3 billion). This strategic move is aimed at enhancing DSV's growth by merging similar business models and services, ultimately creating a leading player in the logistics sector. The combined entity is projected to generate pro-forma revenues of DKK 310 billion and employ about 160,000 people globally. DSV anticipates annual synergies of DKK 9 billion by 2028, contributing to a stronger financial outlook for 2025.
