UPS is set to acquire Andlauer Healthcare Group (AHG) for $1.6 billion to enhance its healthcare logistics services, with the deal expected to close in the latter half of 2025, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. Based in Canada, AHG specializes in supply chain services for healthcare manufacturers and distributors across North America. This acquisition aims to strengthen UPS's cold chain capabilities and expand its specialized logistics offerings, with plans to grow healthcare revenue from $10.5 billion in 2024 to $20 billion by 2026.
