Atlas Air has confirmed the termination of its 767 Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance (CMI) operations for Amazon Air, with plans to complete remaining 737 CMI flights by the end of May 2025. The final 767F flight occurred on April 6, 2025. Atlas Air's strategic shift involves fully exiting domestic CMI operations while extending dry lease agreements for 16 Boeing 767-300 freighters via its subsidiary Titan Aviation Leasing. The company aims to focus on expanding its widebody fleet to meet growing demand in global e-commerce, adding eight new aircraft in 2024.
