Etihad Cargo, the logistics arm of Etihad Airways, is expanding its operations in Greater China in response to growing customer demand. The airline plans to increase flights between China and other markets from 11 in 2024 to 18 in 2025, supported by a wet-leased 747 freighter. This expansion includes adding three weekly freighter flights to Shenzhen and two to London, enhancing connectivity for e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and perishables. Chief Cargo Officer Stanislas Brun emphasized the company's commitment to meeting global trade needs and improving capacity across key routes.
