ThermoSafe has introduced the first biodegradable EPS QPMC pallet shipper, called ChillTherm Bio, which marks a significant advancement in sustainable thermal packaging for the life sciences and healthcare sectors. This innovative shipper maintains a consistent 120-hour thermal performance within 2°C to 8°C, ensuring compliance and minimizing excursion risks. Made from biodegradable expanded polystyrene (Bio EPS), it matches the performance of standard EPS while offering two end-of-life options: recycling or rapid biodegradation.
