MST's efficient ground handling and AEO certification enhance customs clearance speed, making it a favorable hub for Turkish Cargo's European operations. Dean Boljuncic emphasized the airport's capacity for quick turnarounds and specialized services, which influenced the airline's return. With no slot restrictions, MST aims for steady growth and has received recognition for its handling standards, reinforcing its appeal to cargo carriers.
