Cathay Cargo has signed a long-term agreement with NorthLink Aviation to utilize its advanced air cargo terminal and stands at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, starting October 2025. This investment aims to enhance Hong Kong's position as an aviation hub by providing dedicated parking and customs clearance for its transpacific Boeing 747 operations. The deal will ensure reliable access during winter disruptions, improving operational resilience and service reliability, as noted by both Cathay Cargo and NorthLink Aviation officials.
