CSX has announced that the labor agreement with the IAM has been ratified.

CSX Corporation announced that employees represented by the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers (IAM) have ratified a five-year collective bargaining agreement. CEO Joe Hinrichs emphasized this ratification as a sign of strong collaboration with union leadership and commitment to a respectful workplace. CSX has now ratified agreements with 11 unions, covering 47% of its unionized workforce, all offering similar improvements in wages, healthcare, and paid time off. The company aims to negotiate similar agreements with other unions to enhance employee work conditions.
