Scan Global Logistics (SGL) has expanded its operations by opening its first office in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, strengthening its presence in East Africa. This new location will enhance customs clearance and last-mile services, addressing the growing demands of the region. CEO Lars Syberg emphasized the importance of a local presence to support overseas partners and meet anticipated growth. Jan Andersson will lead the new office, focusing on providing customized solutions and leveraging access to the Port of Dar es Salaam for improved logistics to landlocked neighboring countries.
