Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a SATS company, has successfully acquired Menzies World Cargo at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, enhancing its cargo handling operations. The acquisition, finalized on January 31, 2025, expands WFS’s warehouse capacity to over 50,000 square meters, allowing it to serve more than 120 airline and freight forwarder clients. This strategic move marks WFS's 20-year presence at Schiphol and reflects its commitment to high service standards and growth in the cargo community. WFS's CEO, John Batten, welcomes the new employees from Menzies, emphasizing their role in supporting Schiphol's development as a leading air cargo hub in Europe.
