Rates from China increased to Europe and the U.S., with notable gains from Hong Kong and Shanghai. Conversely, rates from Europe mostly decreased, particularly from Frankfurt, which fell 7% week-over-week but was still up 24.6% year-over-year. Chicago's outbound routes plummeted by 20.8% week-over-week, indicating volatility, while overall rates from the U.S. varied by destination.
