CSX reveals that the labor agreement with BMWED has been ratified.

CSX Corporation has announced that employees represented by the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division have ratified a five-year collective bargaining agreement. CEO Joe Hinrichs emphasized the importance of this ratification in fostering collaboration with union leadership and maintaining a workplace where employees feel valued and respected. CSX has successfully ratified agreements with 10 labor unions, covering 42% of its unionized workforce, offering improved wages, healthcare, and paid time off. The company aims to continue partnering with other unions for similar agreements to enhance the work environment.
