Emirates is poised to be the first airline in the world to receive Autism Certification.

Emirates has embarked on a groundbreaking initiative to become the world's first Autism Certified Airline™, aimed at enhancing travel accessibility for individuals with autism and sensory sensitivities. Set to receive formal certification from IBCCES, over 30,000 Emirates staff will undergo specialized training to better support these travelers. The airline plans to implement new standards and services, including sensory guides and neurodiverse sensory products, to create a more inclusive travel experience. This effort aligns with Dubai's goal of being the first Certified Autism Destination™ in the Eastern Hemisphere.
