The company sources a significant portion of its wood pulp, used in products like Charmin and Bounty, from Canada's boreal forest, accounting for 33% of its total pulp sourcing in 2023. P&G's forest commodities policy mandates no deforestation from its suppliers and promotes sourcing from responsibly managed forests. To ensure compliance, the company employs various monitoring methods and relies on third-party certification systems.
