DANX Carousel has purchased the German logistics company LPR, which specializes in time-sensitive deliveries.

DANX Carousel has enhanced its leadership in time-critical logistics in Europe by acquiring the LPR Group, a German company specializing in in-night logistics, repair, and field services. Founded in 1988, LPR provides nationwide express services, emergency logistics, and on-site repairs, employing 500 people, including 200 service engineers. This acquisition is expected to leverage LPR's experience and regional servicing capabilities, enabling DANX Carousel to offer more comprehensive supply chain solutions. Both companies aim to strengthen their logistics capabilities and expand their market presence, especially in retail, healthcare, and IT sectors.
